Words of encouragement for homeschool moms

Proof

October 30th, 2007 by Christie

Now I have proof… hard evidence… that only one person (besides my husband and me) read my blog. I posed the question early this morning asking about the three words that appear in Charlotte’s Web, and no one bothered to correct me and tell me that indeed, there are FOUR times when words appear in the web.

My niece, Hannah, e-mailed me tonight with her answer to the question, but her answer made me realize that something was amiss. She gave three correct words, but left out one that I knew to be one of the answers. So Michael and I quickly did an internet search to discover the true answer to the question. It’s hard to find online, but Michael finally succeeded, and I feel chagrined that I made such a mistake!

But then, after feeling foolish, I realized that someone should have noticed my error before now! Come on, everyone! You gotta speak up! That’s what the comment section is for!

Ok, now, it’s your turn again. Do you remember the words in Charlotte’s Web? Here’s your chance to sound off.

Oh, and by the way, I know there are more of you reading than just my niece. I just wanted to give you some grief. :-)

Wow, without cheating….:) I can only think of radiant, some pig & humble. There were four? And I’m not so sure about some pig. It’s been awhile since I’ve watched it, but I bet my children could anwer it! Maybe I’ll post Kati’s answers tomorrow!

Was it “terrific”? Why yes, yes it was! TERRIFIC. :)

“Terrific!!” :) We, at our house here in Taiwan, all had great discussions about the things that Charlotte wrote about that cute little pig! Hannah did come up with the fourth, although I don’t know if she wrote back to you about it yet or not! :) Hope you are feeling well and labor is staying at bay for now. Love you all, Mary

Christie, I read your blog all the time. I just don’t usually write to you. Aunt Carol
