For the past week our family has been under attack by some sort of germ.  The little boys were the first to succumb to the sniffles, and one by one the rest of us have fallen victim.  Yesterday Michael came home from work sick, and this morning he’s not any better.  So he’s taking a sick day, and I think the rest of us will join him.  Right now, as I type this, we are sitting in bed watching American Idol and almost all of the children are in bed with us.  The only two family members who aren’t yet sick are Isaac and Baby Lilly.  Unfortunately, they probably will not escape the germ.  I’m just glad that it’s not a stomach flu.

P.S.  In the time it took me to type this post, Isaac woke up and has joined our group on the bed.  So that makes a grand total of nine of us in one king-size bed.  Good thing we have a king-size bed!
