Sisters

April 2nd, 2008 by Christie

SistersI remember when Laura was six years old and had a baby sister. Now I’m seeing many of these same things again as Amelia is six years old and has a baby sister.

Lilly is at a perfect age for her siblings to get a good response from her. She gives them huge smiles and doesn’t argue with them about much of anything.

I am so proud of you for cutting your hair so children can have real hair for wigs.

I can almost see your hair and it looks cute.

I’ll bet it is easier to take care of now.

I miss you and having tea in the morning.

    Love,
    Grammy

    Dear Christie,
What a shock to realize that baby Amelia is no longer a baby. How did that happen? :-)
She is beautiful and seems so pleased holding her little sister.
I must admit that as I was reading through your blog - a wave of sadness swept over me - the kids are growing and I have difficulty recognizing them. I will have to lobby for a visit to Bloomington this summer.

    Hugs to all,
    Barb
