In my own little world
There’s something about me I’m starting to figure out, and it is this: Any time I get started on a new idea or project, it becomes all-consuming for me. I spend every spare moment working on my new hobby. I suppose a technical term for it is “hyper-focusing”.
Whatever you call it, it’s what I’ve been doing with making movies. I imported as many of our little video tapes as I could until I completely filled up the new huge 250gb hard drive Michael just got done installing in my laptop. Once that was full, I seriously considered begging Michael to buy me more storage space so I could keep importing videos. Finally I came to my senses and decided to just start working through the video footage currently on my computer.

The children are really enjoying seeing our home movies, and it’s nice to have this stuff out where we can access it. Keeping the little video tapes is not a safe storage option, since they will degrade over time.

You know me… volunteering at the PRC, working, helping in Awana at Calvary, FPU (which has sadly ended), Daniel Bible Study (which ends next week), my Sunday School class (Walking WHOLE), its activities and the Bible study we do together and finding whatever time i can to have quality time with friends. lol. next semester HAS to slow down.
and yet i still find time to play on the internet… of course, you can see that sleep was not on the things i do list. lol. 
i’ll miss seeing you, Michael, and all the kids each week!

Yes, I understand your obsession. Lately I have been downloading and repairing old photos my mom and dad have loaned me. Besides homeschooling, it is what keeps me busy. With the economy the way it is, and Scott’s company shutting down the end of this month, I am working on making Christmas presents, and not buying so much this year.
