After resisting for a long time, I finally started using the Wii-Fit program. All in all, I’m pleased with how it’s going.
I’ve also started counting calories in an effort to figure out why I’m not losing weight. After only one day of counting, the answer became painfully obvious. Looks like I eat far too much to lose any weight. So now I’m trying to control that a bit better.
