I have similar struggles. This year is going much smoother though. I have Jubi and Gussie in 30 minutes schedules all morning through lunch time, including Roomtime, Spanish video time, high chair toys time, building toys time, blanket time, roomtime, preschool video time, etc. The routine and guaranteed 30 min. shift is keeping everyone occupied, not bored, and feeling settled because of the predictability every day. Maybe some variation would work in your house.
